Click and Collect

New click and collect appointments are added each week on Saturday afternoons for the following week, the number of appointments available may change subject to availability.

To book your click and collect appointment simply:
1. Log into your account
2. Select Click and Collect from the green menu on the left hand side
3. Select the date and session time you would like to collect your toys. 
4. Choose the toys you would like to borrow. You can browse our catalogue by new toys, filter our toys with pictures or list view.
5. Remember to confirm your click and collect basket! Unconfirmed baskets will not be ready for you to collect. You must confirm your click and collect basket at least 3 hours before we open on the day of your appointment.

Terms & Conditions

• Repeated non collection of orders without notice may result in future click and collect sessions being cancelled.

• If you can't make it in on the day of collection please email us as soon as possible to let us know.

• If you add an item to your basket while the toy library is open and it is physically selected in the toy library the person choosing in person will have priority and the item will be removed from your order.
